Ecosystem Growth Manager (AI & DePIN) - Asia

3+ years of experience in Web3 BD or Ecosystem Growth. Experience at a Layer-1, Layer-2, or DePIN project. Technical fluency in AI and blockchain fundamentals (inference vs. training, H100 GPUs, sovereign chains). Strong network of builders and operators (node operators, GPU providers, validators, AI developers, protocol teams). Proven track record of closing deals end-to-end. Highly autonomous and able to build, manage, and scale pipelines. Experience onboarding compute providers or managing infrastructure supply (preferred). Background with enterprise AI workloads or cloud infrastructure (preferred). Familiarity with incentive design, token economics, or ecosystem grant frameworks (preferred). Strong understanding of modular blockchain stacks, verifiable compute, and decentralized execution layers (preferred).

Identify, evaluate, and onboard GPU clusters, data centers, and miners for AI compute. Build and manage a pipeline of Resource Providers for compute power. Ensure smooth onboarding and technical integration with engineering teams. Scout and persuade AI developers, agents-as-a-service builders, and Web3 protocols to deploy on AIVM. Support builders through onboarding, integration, and Mainnet deployment. Negotiate integrations with Data Availability layers, Oracle providers, enterprise infrastructure partners, custody solutions, and tooling providers. Establish partnerships to increase enterprise readiness and ecosystem composability. Collaborate to structure incentives like ecosystem grants, acquisition campaigns, and reward programs. Bridge communication between enterprise partners and the crypto-native architecture. Translate technical, economic, and compliance requirements for adoption.
