Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Rheumatology

Advanced clinical/science degree or health care professional credentials required (MD, PhD, RPh, PharmD, NP, PA, MS or equivalent) Minimum 3+ years MSL, field-based, or clinical position preferred Therapeutic area experience preferred Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, and OIG guidelines preferred Outstanding interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation) Results-oriented Team oriented Proven track record of success Current knowledge & full understanding of all relevant industry, legal, and regulatory compliance guidelines Commitment to the highest ethical, legal, regulatory, and scientific standards

Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Educate healthcare professionals on Zenas' product portfolio. Function as a regional medical/scientific resource. Deliver educational resources and clinical information. Liaise with investigators to support clinical research. Facilitate speaker development and training. Engage in scientific exchanges with HCPs. Support scientific content at medical conferences. Liaise with Clinical Operations for company-sponsored studies. Participate in advisory boards and clinical investigator meetings. Gather insights and competitive intelligence. Deliver internal educational training sessions. Build cross-functional working relationships. Engage in continued independent learning. Adhere to all company regulatory and compliance policies. Coordinate scientific communication opportunities at congresses. Identify opportunities to generate and present data. Provide scientific session, poster, or symposium coverage. Attend face-to-face meetings with experts.
