Senior Program Manager – Federal Health & Client Delivery (Remote)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. Extensive experience leading programs in federal, defense, or regulated environments. Demonstrated ability to partner directly with executives, senior government stakeholders, and client leadership. Strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing governance, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Comfort operating in a technical or delivery-focused environment without being hands-on technical. Ability to bring calm, clarity, and structure to complex or evolving programs.

Lead program execution for a federal health portfolio. Ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders. Partner with executive leadership and client counterparts. Oversee program governance, manage schedules and priorities, track risks and dependencies. Ensure consistent communication across teams. Support decision-making by providing clear insights into program health, tradeoffs, and outcomes. Establish and reinforce operating rhythms for predictable delivery.
