Expert-level knowledge of Atlassian suite (JSM, Jira, Confluence), Slack, and Miro from a backend/architectural perspective. Professional-level certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, VMware VCP-Digital Workspace, Google Professional Workspace Administrator) are highly desirable.
