Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact to customers who are reporting an insurance claim Provide excellent customer service Gather and record all relevant information regarding the insurance claim and enter data into system Direct inbound calls to the appropriate internal resource Maintain effective communication with claims department staff and other stakeholders Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the claims department
