Requirements:
Strong track record in finding, qualifying, and selling new enterprise business opportunities History of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota for new business development and revenue generation Ability to build meaningful relationships quickly, foster relationships, and convert them to business Capable of managing and closing opportunities in your sales pipeline History of selling to pharmaceutical companies Experience working in a sales role that prioritizes outbound sales strategy Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other relevant field preferred 5+ years of enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales experience Healthcare Industry experience preferred Background selling in to Pharma or Payer/Provider Organizations Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Documented track record of success against KPIs and quota Ability to give and receive feedback Excellent problem-solving skills Willing to travel (based on business needs) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience documenting results and knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Pharma or Payer/Provider clients Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to close Meet and exceed quarterly targets for new business development and revenue growth Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline of opportunities Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our sales tech stack Partner cross-functionally with Client Success and Product teams Collaborate with marketing to refine materials Participate in conferences and industry events
