Director of Finance (Remote from Virginia)

2+ years of investment banking experience Strong background in financial modeling and strategic analysis 4+ years at growth-stage startups, ideally in FinTech Experience leading finance teams and FP&A functions Experience with $100M+ transactions, including investments or acquisitions Proven expertise in structuring and pricing complex enterprise deals Advanced Excel and modeling skills Strong analytical curiosity and problem-solving mindset Low ego, hands-on approach, and ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience with financial platforms such as Runway is a plus
