Systems Administrator

4–6 years of experience in System Operations / Systems Administration Proven experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft infrastructure services Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) – Intermediate level Experience managing or supporting XDR platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike) Hands-on involvement in data center/server migrations Familiarity with KnowBe4, Microsoft Attack Simulator or similar security awareness platforms Understanding of on-prem security, endpoint protection, and patch management Solid experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Unitrends) and disaster recovery planning Knowledge of SOX compliance as it relates to IT operations and controls Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, Graph API, or Bash Excellent documentation and troubleshooting skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Maintain and support Windows-based infrastructure Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Serve as a Microsoft 365 Admin Center expert Manage Intune for device provisioning and security Oversee and support SharePoint Online site administration Provide support and governance for Power BI workspaces Deploy and manage XDR platforms Execute and support data center/server migration projects Deploy and manage phishing simulations and user awareness training Manage and monitor backup and recovery systems Maintain infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools Support on-premises security Automate repetitive system administration tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or equivalent Ensure infrastructure, account management, and change control processes are SOX-compliant Collaborate with internal teams to support security audits Maintain clear documentation for processes, systems, and changes
