Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent certifications/experience) Experience supporting enterprise applications or implementing software solutions for US or international customers Strong knowledge of PC and server hardware, operating systems, networking, and general IT troubleshooting Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and complex enterprise software installations Working knowledge of databases, web servers, scripting, and common enterprise technologies (e.g., SQL, IIS/Apache) Familiarity with Healthcare IT environments, including HL7, HIS, RIS/PACS, EMR/EHR, or Medical Transcription systems Strong incident management, multitasking, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
