Build and evolve Rasa’s core Conversational AI engine, leveraging LLMs Lead architecture decisions Lead algorithm implementations Collaborate with engineers Develop new machine learning tools Take responsibility for feature work beyond just implementation Contribute to good architectural designs, and quality code Help break an ambitious long-term vision down into milestones and issues Share and learn good software practices through code reviewing Think lean, prototype ideas quickly ask the right questions Mentor junior developers
