Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Learning and Development, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, cybersecurity training, or a closely related field. Eligibility to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance. Strong familiarity with the ADDIE instructional design process. Experience with web-based authoring tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple courses at different stages of development while meeting deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site support for meetings or live training events.
