Instructional Systems Designer (Remote from New York)

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Learning and Development, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, cybersecurity training, or a closely related field. Eligibility to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance. Strong familiarity with the ADDIE instructional design process. Experience with web-based authoring tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple courses at different stages of development while meeting deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site support for meetings or live training events.

Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity training programs using ADDIE. Create a wide range of learning experiences, from short seminars to multi-day instructor-led and online courses. Develop synchronous and asynchronous course materials. Support updates, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing cybersecurity courses. Collaborate with technical subject matter experts. Assist with the conversion of traditional course materials into engaging online and cyber range–enabled training experiences. Deliver live instruction when required and support instructor-led training events and meetings.
