Responsibilities:
Manage team members working on data collection projects. Lead a team of contractors for outreach to election officials. Ensure contractors are trained and staffed for research verticals. Create data coverage plans to meet customer needs. Foster a positive and improving team culture. Ensure data collection and ingestion with minimal error across domains. Create and maintain documentation for processes, timelines, and data standards. Manage technical contributors for database architecture and data issue resolution. Track data quality indicators and recommend improvements. Support Sales teams with data and product guidance. Support Marketing teams with data insights. Partner with Customer Success on user tickets. Make strategic decisions on external vendor partnerships and custom projects. Join calls with customers for guidance and prospective customer inquiries. Work with engineers to maintain and develop internal data collection tools. Prioritize internal feature development for data collection processes. Create user stories and acceptance criteria for internal tool features. Partner with GTM teams to scope and launch customer-facing products. Manage systems for tracking research expenses. Design new systems for efficient data collection and processing. Plan and manage hiring of temporary contractors. Manage third-party software systems. Review data contracts for SLA satisfaction.
