Proven experience leading product strategy in a B2B or B2B2C technology business Strong track record of owning roadmaps and delivering commercially impactful products Comfortable operating hands-on and close to delivery Able to make clear prioritisation decisions in fast-moving environments Strong commercial intuition and understanding of how product drives growth Confident working closely with engineers and technical stakeholders Takes full ownership for outcomes, not just outputs

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across ParcelHero and ParcelHero Pro Work closely with engineering to ensure predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes Own prioritisation, sequencing, and scope decisions across the product backlog Partner with leadership to align product strategy with revenue growth and business goals Develop a deep understanding of customers, use cases, and buying behaviour Act as the single point of accountability for product direction and outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, operations, and commercial teams
