Head of Product

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the HR technology, payroll, or Employer of Record (EoR) industries. 2+ years of experience in managing product teams. Proven track record of leading product managers/owners and successfully launching and scaling products. Experience working in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with global employment laws and regulations, as well as data privacy and security standards. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Leadership and team management skills. Communication and presentation skills. Ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions. Comfortable adapting to shifting market conditions and evolving customer needs. Familiar with technologies, platforms, and tools commonly used in HR tech, payroll, or Employer of Record (EoR) industries.

Develop and maintain product strategy with short-term and long-term goals. Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing features. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales teams. Oversee platform user experience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Communicate product strategy, progress, and updates to stakeholders. Ensure platform compliance with employment laws and data privacy regulations.
