Requirements:
7+ years of product management experience. Proven track record of working on cross-functional projects. Technical know-how, including experience working with APIs. Strong UX sense and demonstrated data analysis capabilities. Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C2). Based in Poland with flexibility for partial overlap with US time zone.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead end-to-end product strategy for comparative rater and binding flows. Define, track, and report on key product KPIs. Drive user adoption of quote and bind features. Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to translate business problems into technical requirements. Lead agent-facing discovery, research, and ideation. Coordinate across time zones with internal teams and external partners.
