Senior Product Manager (Poland based, Remote)

7+ years of product management experience Proven track record of working on cross-functional projects Ability to create and steer a compelling product vision and strategy Technical know-how, including demonstrated experience working closely with engineering Experience working with APIs (setting specifications or as an engineer) Strong UX sense Demonstrated data analysis capabilities High ownership mindset – comfortable navigating ambiguity Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C2) Based in Poland with the flexibility to work partial overlap with the US time zone (typically twice a week after 5 PM CET)

Drive Quote & Bind Product Strategy Spearhead the end-to-end product strategy for comparative rater and binding flows Define, track, and report on key product KPIs Drive user adoption of quote and bind features Lead Product & Technical Excellence Drive technical & feature excellence by collaborating with Engineering and Design teams Lead agent-facing discovery, research, and ideation Coordinate across time zones with internal teams and external partners Own the Agent Journey Take over a ready product and adapt to fast-changing priorities Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and Sales
