Senior Commercial Counsel

6-10 years commercial legal experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, funds, and/or finance Experience leading complex commercial negotiations Commercial mindset with deep understanding of practical business issues Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines Experience forming and managing legal entities in various international jurisdictions

Negotiate high-impact commercial agreements with strategic partners Provide expert legal advice to senior finance and business development professionals Shape Paxos’ corporate structure, including drafting intercompany agreements and overseeing legal entity formation and governance Handle in-house legal workstreams, including managing employee stock option plan and intellectual property portfolio
