Technical Data Governance Engineer

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Purview (policies and controls). 3+ years working with Azure Synapse / Microsoft Fabric. 3+ years with Power BI, focused on security, classification, and governance. 3+ years of experience in PowerShell and/or Azure CLI. 2+ years implementing basic CI/CD for policy deployment. Proven experience translating audit requirements into technical solutions. C1 Professional English (mandatory).

Design, implement, and maintain data governance policies using Microsoft Purview. Translate compliance and audit requirements into documented technical controls. Configure and optimize Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI from a governance and security perspective. Automate policy deployment using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure proper classification, protection, and monitoring of sensitive data. Generate technical documentation and evidence for internal and external audits. Collaborate with global security, audit, architecture, and business teams.
