Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales roles within a social or media agency, or a social / e-commerce platform
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience on TikTok Shop (US)
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop market maturity and strategies across regions
  • Proven track record of generating new business through proactive networking, prospecting, and storytelling
  • Strong understanding of social, e-commerce, TikTok, and influencer marketing ecosystems
  • Established network of brand and marketing-leader relationships
  • Skilled storyteller and communicator
  • HubSpot fluency

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and network to identify and cultivate new brand relationships
  • Represent LiveCraft at industry events
  • Generate warm introductions for the sales team
  • Build and nurture relationships with pitch consultants and strategic partners
  • Drive qualified prospects through the pipeline
  • Craft bespoke proposals and negotiate scopes/pricing
  • Draft SOWs and facilitate MSAs
  • Handoff newly won accounts
  • Maintain inbound and outbound pipelines
  • Identify and activate new demand-generation initiatives
  • Develop case studies
  • Report on outreach activity, meetings secured, and opportunities advanced
