Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Remote from Spain)

5–10 years of experience as a software engineer. Strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. Solid understanding of software architecture, testing, debugging, and clean code principles. Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with distributed teams. Fluent in English (C1) with excellent communication skills. Availability to work 10–40 hours per week, with partial overlap with US Pacific Time. Permanent authorization to work in Italy or other eligible EU locations. Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality full-stack applications. Contribute to system architecture design and promote engineering best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Collaborate with global engineering teams in agile workflows and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications. Drive improvements in code quality.
