Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce experience. At least 3 years specializing in CPQ and Billing projects. Experience leading large-scale transformation projects. Solid understanding of accounting operations (billing, invoicing, payment processing, revenue recognition). Familiarity with financial metrics (ACV, TCV, ARR) and their calculations. Hands-on experience with Document Generation, CLM, and e-signature solutions. Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with platforms like Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign. Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, Lightning components). Experience building custom quoting and pricing solutions. Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript is a plus. Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics. Knowledge of integration concepts and tools (MuleSoft, Workato, REST/SOAP APIs). Strong ability to present complex technical concepts clearly. Proven skills in mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of Sales, Product Management, Billing, and Accounting workflows. Familiarity with Channel, Partner, and Marketplace go-to-market strategies.
