Requirements:
8+ years of experience in event registration management for both paid external and internal events. Proficiency with event registration software and technical tools. Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to provide actionable insights. Strong project management expertise with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across departments and with external partners. Detail-oriented and organized, committed to maintaining quality and consistency. Demonstrated leadership abilities and adaptability to navigate changing environments while prioritizing effectively. Collaborative and creative mindset, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced work environments. Proficient in influencing, problem-solving, and consensus-building with experience in managing complex projects. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in developing scalable processes and automation. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges with quick solutions in high-pressure situations. Experience using Slack, Salesforce, Marketo, Google drive, Figma, and Asana (preferred). Experience working in international environments (preferred). Familiarity with digital marketing principles and tools (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Lead event registration for all corporate events, including pricing, attendee flows, and promotional tactics. Design and document distinct registration experiences tailored to different attendee types. Establish and document registration policies for each event. Analyze data with cross-functional teams to guide future event strategies. Define the annual events web roadmap and create project timelines. Craft landing page copy and ensure communication consistency. Understand and manage internal and vendor systems for data movement. Collaborate with Legal to maintain compliance in registration forms. Ensure registration form fields align with contact sales and Salesforce data. Adhere to security procedures for screening event registrants. Define and implement a registration strategy for the event mobile app. Analyze user engagement and feedback from the mobile app for improvements. Define clear roles and responsibilities with cross-functional teams. Align registration strategies with global teams for effective execution. Oversee the entire event registration project lifecycle. Ensure consistency across all registration materials and website content. Prepare and distribute weekly registration reports to executives. Facilitate weekly planning meetings with internal and external teams. Contribute to quality control for promotional landing pages and registration forms. Conduct quality control and audits on registration data. Prepare onsite registration and check-in processes, and contingency plans. Develop a comprehensive strategy for attendee badging. Take ownership of onsite attendee scanning plans and data upload initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite registration escalations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align the mobile app experience with event branding. Oversee the development and execution of the event mobile app. Facilitate mobile app testing and quality control processes. Travel required to support onsite execution.
