Staff Machine Learning Scientist (Remote from EMEA)

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Extensive experience applying end-to-end machine learning and statistical modeling to real-world, production systems. Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Proven expertise in NLP, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, anomaly detection, and training models from scratch. Deep knowledge of data wrangling, feature engineering, and working with large, complex datasets. Practical experience with large and small language models. Demonstrated ability to design and maintain full ML pipelines and MLOps workflows. Experience building and deploying AI agents or multi-agent systems in production environments with robust APIs. Solid skills in SQL, data visualization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong curiosity, business acumen, collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a passion for mentorship and continuous learning.

Design, develop, and deliver AI-driven data products. Explore, analyze, and model large-scale, complex datasets. Prototype, validate, and productionize models. Research and apply advanced methods in NLP, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection. Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights.
