Senior Software Developer - Booking

University Degree in Computer or a related STEM field plus approximately 5+ years of experience, or 8+ years of industry experience Significant depth and domain experience at a Senior level in leading technical design, architecture, and delivering medium to high-complexity projects or services Proficient understanding of software development methodologies Ability and experience in coaching and mentoring junior and intermediate developers Proactively identifies and addresses technical challenges Demonstrates adaptability to learn new technologies and contributes across multiple domains Champions AI adoption within the team by introducing relevant context engineering patterns, and documenting repeatable practices

Build and maintain functionality across various customer workflows with full-stack exposure (React frontend + Rails or other backend tech) Participate in tech migration, refactoring, and modernization work for the core booking platform Collaborate with other teams to ensure robust and interoperable APIs Leverage AI for productivity, testing, or code quality Understand scheduling's role in user workflows and its impact on the broader Jane experience
