Provide personalized travel assistance to Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. Design and arrange customized travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences, interests, and budgets. Assist clients with bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities. Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about travel destinations and services. Manage client complaints and resolutions.
