Design, operationalize, and maintain an end-to-end customer journey for the SMB segment. Outline customer and business outcomes, define success metrics, and prioritize engagement strategies. Partner with RevOps for tracking and measurement frameworks. Develop global growth strategy aligned with Product-led Growth and Product-led Sales. Lead planning, execution, and optimization of growth initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and ensure alignment. Partner with the SMB AE team to drive upgrades. Direct ownership of planning, execution, and outcomes for Marketing campaigns. Run, measure, and optimize campaigns to improve performance. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product to fine-tune messaging. Measure full funnel performance and adjust execution to achieve revenue goals. Use data and learnings to inform strategic adjustments. Utilize analytics to prioritize growth initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness. Work closely with the VP/GM for alignment between Growth efforts and business objectives. Provide regular updates on progress, metrics, insights, and recommendations. Communicate with leaders across Revenue and other departments for alignment.
