Design, operationalize, and maintain customer journeys for the SMB segment. Define success metrics and PQL signals for each journey step. Partner with RevOps for tracking and measurement frameworks. Develop global growth strategy aligned with Product-led Growth and Sales. Lead planning, execution, and optimization of growth initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks in the GTM motion. Drive upgrades to higher revenue packages with the SMB AE team. Direct ownership of marketing campaign planning, execution, and outcomes. Run, measure, and optimize campaigns for conversion, activation, and upgrade performance. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product on messaging and targeting. Measure full funnel performance and adjust execution to meet revenue goals. Use data and learnings to inform strategic adjustments. Utilize analytics to prioritize growth initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness. Work closely with VP/GM for alignment between Growth efforts and business objectives. Provide regular updates on progress, metrics, insights, and recommendations. Communicate with leaders across Revenue and other departments for GTM alignment.
