Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a growth/marketing role, especially at a similar-stage B2B startup
- Track record of driving leads from marketing initiatives and converting interest into actionable conversions
- Exceptional technical writing skills
- Ability to engage, learn, and add value in developer forums and community discussions
- Ability to transform customer success stories into compelling content
- Comfortable with the cloud-native/Kubernetes ecosystem or eager to learn fast
- Obsessed over metrics (SEO rankings, paid ad performance, website traffic, conversion rates)
- Willing to test a pipeline of wild ideas monthly
Responsibilities
- Own and drive marketing North Star metric (increasing people trying Northflank)
- Develop and execute SEO strategy (keyword research, backlinking, technical SEO)
- Manage paid media campaigns on Google Search Ads and LinkedIn
- Build meaningful presence on Reddit, HN, StackOverflow, and other developer hubs
- Craft product announcements and collaborate with the product team
- Ideate, write, and commission blog posts
- Lead LinkedIn strategy and explore other social media channels
- Collaborate with sales and product teams
