Requirements
- Bring 5–8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Have experience ideally within fintech or payment infrastructure.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on coding skills in Java.
- Have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Be able to architect, develop, and maintain scalable fintech platforms.
- Have experience with APIs, integrations, and secure transaction systems.
- Understand DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.
- Communicate in English and work cross-functionally with product, business, and security teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee product architecture, scalability, and system design as technical lead and acting CTO.
- Lead hands-on development.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance with fintech standards.
