Accounting Manager

Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Proficient (1-2 years) in NetSuite accounting software Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role Experience preparing statutory accounts under UK GAAP and/or IFRS Familiarity with tax compliance (e.g VAT, corporation tax) Hands-on experience processing UK payroll and ensuring compliance Solid understanding of internal control design and operational efficiency

Own the month-end and year-end close processes Liaise with external auditors Oversee payroll accounting and compliance Manage accounts payable and employee expense processes Ensure timely and accurate VAT filings and tax compliance Implement and maintain internal controls Manage ad hoc projects
