Staff Software Engineer - Developer Experience

10+ years of solid programming experience in Java, Python, Go, or similar programming languages BA/BS Degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or related practical experience Experience and deep understanding of effective and efficient SDLC workflows, particularly developer-oriented workflows Hands-on experience in developing developer infrastructure, services, and workflows Deep experience in driving vision, roadmap, and adoption of Developer Portal products such as Backstage Experience with build systems such as Gradle, Maven, or Make Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools such as CodeBuild, Jenkins, CircleCI or Github Actions Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Understanding of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS) Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana Excellent communication and presentation skills
