Recent (within the last 5 years), meaningful sales experience ('hard sales') Experience building trust, tailoring solutions, and closing deals Experience influencing buying decisions Experience with ownership of outcomes tied to goals, metrics, or earnings/commissions Experience handling objections, following up with leads, and earning the sale Ability to learn quickly Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers Ability to stay focused under pressure and in high-volume settings Must register with the NMLS (training and cost covered)
