Senior DevOps Engineer

5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience. Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including operating and debugging production clusters. Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). Solid understanding of observability and troubleshooting using tools like Datadog. Ability to design reliable, scalable systems and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring engineers and working across teams. Experience working in healthcare or another highly regulated industry.

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure for seamless software delivery. Improve development velocity while increasing system reliability. Maintain and mature core services on Kubernetes. Implement Terraform-based IaC, sharpen observability practices, and manage infrastructure spend. Introduce and enforce DevSecOps practices.
