Requirements:
Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner Generalist HR competencies and exposure across the employee lifecycle Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits Comprehensive HR advice across employment laws and regulations in EMEA, APAC and AMER Strong understanding of employee relations principles Progressive discipline approaches and workplace investigation fundamentals Ability to partner effectively with Legal, Payroll and Time and Attendance teams Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments Analyze complex HR issues and undertake research Translate findings into usable resources and communicate practical solutions Superior communication, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills Business level proficiency in written and spoken English Appetite to innovate and optimize processes Strong operational efficiency and understanding of record keeping Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite and Zendesk Ability to collaborate asynchronously Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a fast-paced, remote environment Willingness to work flexible hours
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, and transfer procedures Lead and facilitate meetings related to workforce reductions and terminations Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for compliance in offboarding Draft and administer termination documents Process offboarding on Remote's HRIS platform Provide expertise and guidance to junior team members Provide comprehensive guidance on Employee Relations resources Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters Guide clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches Track and monitor employee relations cases Resolve queries on offboarding and employee relations matters Identify opportunities to drive process improvements and automation
