BCBA- California Floating BCBA Role

Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with demonstrated clinical outcomes Demonstrated competence delivering Behavior Skills Training remotely At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs Prior experience supervising RBTs or BTs across multiple sites or virtual teams Active BCBA certification Ability to pass a background check Willing to work until 6 PM in designated time zones Ability to work flexible hours across time zones as needed Strong communication skills Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate Professional demeanor

Conduct Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments Develop and Oversee Customized Treatment Plans Deliver Ongoing Professional Development to RBTs Provide Parent Coaching Assess client progress through Data Analysis Develop Remote-First and Remote-Friendly SOPs, Workflows and Best Practices
