Senior Business Analyst

5+ years experience in Business Analysis, or similar roles, ideally on large-scale software projects Strong product mindset and experience managing backlog, feature planning, iteration cycles, and prioritization Skilled in discovery, workshops, and structured requirements gathering Experience translating complex business requirements into functional specifications for development teams Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities; able to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team communication Able to drive continuous business reviews and monitor client satisfaction

Act as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, aligning strategy, scope, resources, and delivery Support team onboarding and smooth adoption of the platform Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams Manage backlog, features, iterations, and resources Lead workshops and discovery sessions to clarify priorities Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress, escalating when needed Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between tech, design, QA, and business teams Drive communication, reporting, and decision-making, while fostering a healthy, motivated team culture
