3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role with a focus on enterprise software or product development. Background in mid-size finance teams with direct experience or deep knowledge of core financial processes, particularly the Order to Cash workflow. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field required, Master's preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in requirements modeling (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flowcharts) and using requirements management tools. Experience with ERP systems or financial software is highly preferred. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business information into executive summary reports. Ability to innovate, execute and deliver results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal. Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.
