Direct experience or deep knowledge of core financial processes, particularly the Order to Cash workflow. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (Master's preferred). Proficiency in requirements modeling (user stories, use cases, process flowcharts). Experience with requirements management tools. Experience with ERP systems or financial software preferred. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business information into executive summary reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal. Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
