Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. Focus on enterprise software or product development. Background in mid-size finance teams required. Direct experience or deep knowledge of core financial processes, particularly the Order to Cash workflow. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (Master's preferred). Proficiency in requirements modeling (user stories, use cases, process flowcharts). Experience with requirements management tools. Experience with ERP systems or financial software preferred. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business information into executive summary reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal. Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and workshops with finance teams to capture business needs. Prioritize and manage the requirements backlog with the Product Owner. Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team. Identify, analyze, and communicate risks and issues related to requirements. Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions. Serve as the primary functional resource during design and development. Provide training and support materials for new features. Ensure all requirements and process documentation are thorough and accessible. Work with cross-functional teams to scope projects and manage timelines. Automate reporting and analytical tasks related to project status. Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership. Support data governance initiatives.
