Requirements:
Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows. Ability to engage with executive stakeholders, scientists, and computational scientists. 5-7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles (program management, consulting, or customer success) ideally in Life Sciences. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs and drive measurable ROI. Strong relationship-building, executive presence, crisp communication, and excellent organizational skills. Comfortable presenting scientific and business insights. MSc or advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Willingness to travel to customer sites (20% of the time).
Responsibilities:
Oversee post-sale success for global biotech and pharma customers. Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI. Establish and lead steering committees. Understand customer budget cycles and R&D roadmaps. Partner with Account Executives for expansion. Coordinate with Scientific Advisors for project initiation. Manage multi-workstream engagements. Lead cross-functional Cradle team for customer experience. Act as primary escalation point for enterprise accounts. Capture and communicate customer feedback. Align customer priorities with Cradle's roadmap. Design training and education initiatives.
