Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, including pipeline management and workflow optimization. Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards in AWS QuickSight, Excel, or similar tools. Proven track record in streamlining sales workflows and optimizing cross-functional processes. Personal or professional involvement in local crypto communities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee CRM and GTM infrastructure, ensuring high adoption, data quality, and efficient workflow automation. Optimize GTM workflows to improve trading velocity and reduce process friction. Lead sales analytics by developing dashboards, producing performance insights, and supporting forecasting. Support sales enablement by creating playbooks and collateral. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product teams to align metrics and goals. Mentor and supervise a team of analysts.
