Staff Product Designer (UI/UX) - Fully remote (US)

5–8 years of experience in product design. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise across web and mobile platforms. Proven experience designing complex systems and developing coherent design strategies. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, design tokens, and engineer annotations. Hands-on experience with AI integration tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, v0, Figma Make, or similar. Strong systems thinking capabilities. Leadership skills including mentoring, team facilitation, and accurate project estimation. Excellent communication skills and experience in pre-sales assessment or client-facing activities. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent industry experience.

Lead design initiatives for complex projects. Champion AI tool adoption across design workflows. Design multi-team systems. Participate in pre-sales efforts. Facilitate cross-team collaboration. Drive process leadership and mentor designers.
