Requirements:
6+ years of experience in automated software testing across at least two languages: Ruby, JavaScript, Java, or .NET. Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and GitLab CI. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure). Skilled in manual and automated testing, test planning, execution, and reporting. Familiarity with cross-platform, browser, and microservice testing. Familiarity with SQL, virtual machines, and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA). Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Knowledge of behavioral and clear-box testing, load and performance testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Support Agile teams as a quality advocate. Own and maintain automated test coverage using Ruby, Java, and/or .NET. Perform manual testing and prioritize automation backlog. Mentor and review work of less senior SDETs. Contribute to QA policy development and infrastructure improvements. Lead test planning, estimates, and execution. Maintain virtual test environments and support CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality releases.
