Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. English proficiency, fluency in another language (Spanish is a bonus). 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing. Proven record of managing multi-channel campaigns. Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments is preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft). Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn). Strong project management skills. Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaign performance.
