Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public relations 6–8 years of leadership experience, managing teams and communications programs Proven ability in internal communications, brand storytelling, and managing media engagement Exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and managing complex communications challenges with discretion Familiarity with omnichannel communications strategies, including digital, social, and in-person engagement High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism
