Requirements:
6+ years in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Product GTM, or Growth within B2B SaaS. Travel, fintech, marketplace experience is a plus. Demonstrated success partnering with PMs upstream. Strong customer research chops (interviews, problem validation, ICP development). Ability to define and measure PMF, success metrics, and early adoption criteria. Excellent narrative and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting product performance and funnel insights. Thrives in highly cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities:
Partner with PMs before 10% concept lock to define market landscape, customer insights, ICP/persona, and problem worth solving. Validate problem statements through research, interviews, competitive analysis, and data. Shape early thinking on positioning, value narrative, and product ecosystem fit. Co-own Product-Market Fit (PMF) definition and success metrics for initiatives. Architect launch strategies rooted in customer need, competitive positioning, and product value. Enable Sales, Growth, and Cross-Functional Partners with context and messaging. Own narrative performance post-launch, tracking customer reception, adoption, sentiment, and business impact. Feed learnings back into Product for iteration and Growth for optimization.
