5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company Proven track record of leading and owning 360-integrated marketing campaigns to build brand and drive demand in the NZ Market Fiercely commercial mindset with experience owning a pipeline number and reporting from a CRM (like Salesforce) Deep understanding of the New Zealand market Ability to generate and synthesize actionable customer and market insights Hands-on expertise with a modern marketing tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, SEM Rush) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated self-starter able to work in a fast-paced remote-first environment
