10+ years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or CPA eligibility preferred Proficiency in Sage Intacct (Required) Proficient in Sage Intacct Core Financial Modules Experience creating Financial Reports in Sage Intacct Experience with Sage Intacct Multi-Entity environments Experience with Sage Intacct Advanced Workflows Experience using FloQast for close management (Required) Experience using FloQast for reconciliation tracking Experience using FloQast for workflow automation Strong technical expertise in multi-entity accounting Strong technical expertise in multi-currency accounting Experience with payroll Experience with sales tax filings Experience with financial audits Strong analytical skills Proactive problem-solving mindset Background in SaaS, outsourced accounting, or financial consulting (Preferred) Familiarity with ERP implementations (Preferred) Familiarity with financial technology integrations (Preferred) Experience in client-facing financial advisory roles (Preferred)

Lead month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial controls Utilize FloQast for close management Serve as a trusted financial advisor to clients Lead client onboarding and Sage Intacct implementations Provide fractional Controller-level support Assist in accounting system implementations and migrations Conduct systems analysis for Sage Intacct optimization Deliver training to clients on Sage Intacct Conduct quarterly financial reviews with clients Leverage Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online Implement best practices for financial operations Support financial technology integration projects Assist in payroll processing and compliance Optimize reconciliation and close processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives Guide and mentor Staff Accountants Review work prepared by Staff Accountants Act as a subject matter expert for Sage Intacct and QBO Foster a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate across departments Participate in global accounting meetings Work cross-functionally with operations and finance teams Assist in preparation of audit schedules and tax filings
