Take ownership of complex contract order management and deal setup in Workday. Manage system setup of sales contracts for accuracy throughout the close process. Collaborate with business partners to improve quote-to-cash processes. Automate quote-to-cash processes and establish auditable evidence. Apply and enforce the Company's revenue recognition policy. Articulate results, variances, and root causes to management. Establish controls for revenue forecasts, deferred revenue, and execution compliance. Provide audit support and prepare auditor requested schedules. Participate in month- and quarter-end close activities. Create and publish metrics for Revenue Operations team effectiveness. Streamline systems and reporting tools for efficient revenue recording. Participate in systems upgrades and enhancements. Perform ad hoc reporting and project engagement.
