5+ years of progressive experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B scale-up marketing.
Proven experience leading growth marketing strategies specifically within the Ad Tech or Mar Tech industries.
Demonstrated success scaling B2B demand generation efforts specifically targeting the US agency or martech space.
Deep, hands-on expertise in the US paid media ecosystem is mandatory.
Strong commercial mindset—you must live in pipeline numbers, LTV:CAC, and revenue attribution.
Track record of building ABM programs that successfully land and expand enterprise accounts.
Agency-side experience is strongly preferred.
Existing relationships within Google US teams is a significant advantage.
Based in Canada and comfortable working the majority of your time within the Central or Eastern Time Zones to align with the US commercial teams and target markets.
Responsibilities:
Own the full US growth marketing strategy and budget across all channels (paid, owned, earned) to achieve aggressive expansion targets.
Directly accountable for delivering aggressive, quarterly marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets that directly fuel US revenue goals.
Partner tightly with the US Sales, Client Services, and Partner (Google US) teams on GTM content, events, and overall strategy to align marketing with commercial objectives.
Design, execute, and scale high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise brands and C-suite decision-makers (e.g., Podcasts, Webinars, Executive RoundTables).
Directly oversee Incubeta’s own US paid media campaigns, instilling a rigorous test-and-learn culture across creative, channels, and offers.
Develop US-specific thought leadership, events, and compelling content that positions Incubeta as a top-tier growth partner in the US Ad Tech/Mar Tech space.
Present monthly growth performance to the US Leadership Team and Global ExCo (pipeline, MQL/SQL volume, CAC, ROAS, revenue influence).
Ability to travel domestically (within the US) ~20–25% of the time for client events, internal meetings, and key US industry conferences (Google Think, Advertising Week, etc.).
