Strategy & Operations Manager, AI

3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/private equity, AND/OR a top-tier tech company in strategy, business operations, or growth. Proven track record of running cross-functional initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes. Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.

Work directly with Product and Engineers to ensure the growth and scalability of Funnel’s AI solutions. Guide the AI product roadmap by providing internal consultancy on business processes and client relationships. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and inform strategic product decisions. Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders on AI product and operational matters. Own end-to-end monitoring, triaging, and resolution of AI operational issues to ensure seamless service delivery. Establish systematic monitoring frameworks and develop cross-functional procedures that standardize operational approaches across the organization. Partner with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure positive customer experiences from launch through ongoing usage. Track operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
