5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience (React, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar). Strong proficiency in Next.js and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks. Full stack experience (comfortable designing or consuming APIs and working with various services). Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Proven knowledge of A/B testing concepts and conversion rate optimization. Stellar cross-functional communication skills. Eye for good user experiences.

Lead complex frontend projects for brand and product marketing. Collaborate with teams to A/B test landing pages for lead generation. Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs. Contribute to the design system and uphold UX standards. Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems. Troubleshoot and fix bugs. Write technical documents and maintain internal tools. Review and provide feedback on engineer contributions. Identify bottlenecks and optimize for conversion, speed, and reliability.
