Requirements:
Deep technical depth in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure. Proven experience managing pre-sales (Solution Engineering) and post-sales (TAM/Customer Success) functions. Experience leading technical customer-facing teams in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment. Capability of defining high-level strategy and diving into feature configurations and architecture diagrams. Ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and scale a global team of Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers. Oversee and optimize the Proof of Value (POV) process. Own the post-sales technical relationship and drive value realization for customers. Act as the technical voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Serve as the primary technical escalation point for key accounts.
