Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school Good standing member of the bar in at least one state or the District of Columbia 10+ years of legal experience 5+ years as an in-house attorney managing lawyers and supporting multiple departments Experience at a marketplace company with B2B and B2C operations is a plus Strategic mindset and ability to champion change Strong leadership and team management skills Direct experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts Advising on information security, privacy, AI, and intellectual property rights Practical, proactive, and business-focused approach to problem-solving Sound decision-making and excellent judgment Exceptional interpersonal skills Strong work ethic, high standards, impeccable integrity, strong business acumen Superior oral and written communications skills

Lead and oversee commercial legal support Set vision and develop strategies for commercial legal support Serve as lead counsel on complex initiatives and contract negotiations Develop, oversee, and advise a team of commercial lawyers Partner with sales leaders to develop and implement contract strategy Upgrade and mature vendor and legal operations Collaborate to ensure third-party agreements meet ezCater's needs Identify and integrate next generation tools and processes Develop and implement scalable approaches for legal support Serve as a trusted business partner for legal analysis and advice Partner to develop and implement initiatives for compliance, integrity, and risk awareness Build a best-in-class legal team through mentorship and management
